I downloaded my design and, as far as I could tell, the file worked fine on my machine. It was nice that they had DST and PES available, since that probably saved me from having to convert everything myself.

I sent over a logo with some really tiny details, and I wasn’t sure how well it was going to stitch out. The file they sent back was clean, and the edges looked good when I did the test run, so I was definitely happy with the result.
I did have one small change, and they fixed it without making it a big deal. The only thing I would’ve liked is a little clearer guidance upfront on what they needed from me, but overall the quality was solid and I’d use them again.

I checked a couple other places first, and their price was fair. Didn’t feel like I was getting overcharged or anything, which was nice. The design came out clean too, so... yeah, for what I paid, I’m happy with it. I’d use them again.

I’ve ordered from apexembdesigns.com a few times now, it’s been a bit hit or miss for me. I went in thinking it might not be super consistent every time, and after a few orders, that’s pretty much the impression I’m left with.

Some of the designs looked really clean and came out just how I pictured them, which was great. But then a couple had little differences in the stitching or sizing that stood out to me, probably because I was already watching for that kind of thing. Nothing was ruined or unusable, just not as steady as I was hoping.
I did reach out to customer service, and they were okay about it, so I can’t really complain too much there. Still, every new order feels a little like I’m waiting to see which version I’ll get. Not terrible at all, just kind of average in my experience.

I wasn’t exactly thrilled that I had an issue after my order arrived, but to be fair, they handled it faster than I expected. I contacted them and they got it fixed without much hassle. I guess I have to give them credit for making it right.

The design stitched out fine overall, but the thread colors didn’t really match the preview as closely as I expected. It wasn’t a huge deal, I just swapped a few colors myself, but when I tried to get clarification I felt a bit passed around. Not terrible, just a little frustrating.

It stitched out just right, with no gaps and everything lined up the way it was supposed to. Which, shouldn’t feel like such a pleasant surprise, but here we are.

I used apexembdesigns.com for a custom design, and umm, it ended up coming out close to what I had in mind. They were able to take my idea and make it work, which I definitely appreciated.

The only thing was that it took a few messages to get some of the smaller details fixed, and the first version wasn’t quite right. Overall, not a bad experience, just not the smoothest either. I’d say 3 stars feels fair

I asked them to make a couple small tweaks to my design, and they had the updated file back to me the same day. Really smooth process, no hassle at all. I appreciated how quick and easy they made it.

I’m happy with how the logo came out overall. It looked really accurate to what I wanted, just one small detail was a little off. Still, I’d say it was a solid result.

I’m sure they were trying to be helpful, but the communication was a little confusing for me. Replies took a while, and I wasn’t always sure what was going on, though they did eventually explain things well enough.

I ordered from Apex Emb Designs i was a little nervous at first because you never really know if a company is going to follow through or just give you the runaround.
But the delivery came right on time, just like they said it would. I didn’t have to keep checking in or chase anyone down for updates, which was a relief.

Overall, it was a straightforward experience. I got what I needed when I needed it, and I didn’t feel like I’d been fooled or messed around. I’d order from them again.
